HOW BILLING WORKS
$11 per new customer connection
When a customer contacts you for the first time, there is a one-time $11 introduction fee. After that initial connection, you can message freely at no additional cost. Customers are reminded to only reach out to professionals they are genuinely considering hiring, since pros are charged for the introduction.
Unlimited follow-up messages at no cost
Once a connection is made, you and the customer can exchange as many messages as needed — no per-message fees, ever. Your contact information is also revealed after the first contact.
Set your own monthly spending limit
You control how many new connections you accept per month. Set a limit — say, 5 or 10 — and Arcadia pauses new introductions once you've reached it. You never spend more than you're comfortable with.
